Mouth Guard Maintenance

• We recommend that you rinse your mouth guard before putting it in and before storing it in its box, if possible.
• Never rinse in hot water.
• Never leave your mouth guard in direct sunlight in your car.
• Once a week, you should rinse using an antibacterial mouthwash while wearing your mouth guard.
